NEW INGREDIENTS PRODUCTION COSSMA 3I2015 33 New fragrance trends Bell Flavors & Fragrances I In the personal care and household sector every year it is important to explore current con- sumer trends, evaluating them in connection with future develop- ment in order to create new ideas. Thus the company, after intensive market studies, has evaluated the consumer’s olfactory preferences and used these findings to develop new fragrance concepts in two important areas, i.e. the Fragrance Comfort Zone and the Fragrance Innovation Zone. The Fragrance Comfort Zone meets the traditional and modern. If, because of ever shorter product cycles, the consumers threaten to lose the overall view, the well-accepted fragrances for body care and household use will keep them up to date. For the whole year roses, in their widest variations, are called for: full of life and vigour in Spring and Summer, and with a caring creamy fragrance in the colder months. Tea, on the other hand, is a pure summer highlight. The wide range of tea blends goes from light and cool to aromatic and lively. These light creations are a spin-off from leathery or heavily sweet fragrances. The Fragrance Innovation Zone stands for high class mystical and erotic fragrances with bold new fragrance creations. A fragrance trend for 2015 is rhubarb themes in different product categories, with green, sparkling and light-bitter notes that blend well with floral elements, especially in the summer months. The 2015 trendsetting colour Pantone Marsala will also have an impact on the fragrance world with, for example, berry nuances in all four seasons. Erotically arousing oud compositions and leather accents provide oriental fragrance notes and are suited for a product’s premium positioning. www.bell-europe.com photo:Photogal,Shutterstock.com A fragrance trend for 2015: rhubarb Lifts the skin for Majestic Beauty Sederma I The active ingredient Majestem derived from plant cell culture helps recreate dermal matrix tension through mitochondrial dynamism repair and extracellular matrix maintenance.
