for airless packaging
Plump & Glow Hydrating Facial Mist,
Emma Hardie’s
new hydrating facial
mist, is a convenient travel option
which features an
Airless Spray Tube
from
Yonwoo
, developed by
Quad-
pack
. The formula is contained in a
tube especially designed to dispense
a fine, even mist cloud. At the same
time, the tube maintains formula
integrity through a double safeguard
of
Yonwoo’s
airless technology and
an interior
Luxefoil
aluminium bar-
rier. These two features shield the
product from oxidation and exter-
nal contamination. The airless sys-
tem also enables a 360-degree spray
application and ensures that all
of the product is used, leaving no
waste. The collapsible tube flattens
as it is used, keeping the pack flat
with branding visible at all times.
Also, at 90 ml, the portable-sized
pack is suitable for air travel, allow-
ing users to hydrate their skin in the
dry, air-conditioned environment of
a plane.
Emma Hardie’s
branding is
applied with a silk-screen decora-
tion, complemented by an alumin-
ium cap with an embossed logo,
underscoring the brand’s premium
image. The project took a mere ten
weeks to complete.
Toly’s Double-Ended Airless Dispenser
is available in 10 ml and 15 ml sizes
and combines different products
from the users’ daily routine into
one package. The bottles are pre-
sented in their simplest form, which
encourages the brand to decorate in
accordance with the brands’ needs.
The company’s
Airless Compact
is
a hybrid between an airless and a
cushion compact. The foundation is
pumped with a one-handed gesture
where the product is dispensed on
the applicator, therefore generating
an even spread. Also, the product
is refillable.
Texen’s Easy Airtight Jar
is designed
for women who love the feel of a
cream within its jar, but are not
willing to compromise on prod-
uct conservation. Thanks to the
vacuum created when the lid
is screwed on, this jar is more
airtight than existing models.
The company’s
All about Airless
product for optimum protection of
skin care and make-up formulas
is available in 30ml and 50ml for-
mats and combines the security of
an airless dispenser with the trans-
parent appearance of a glass bottle.
The single-part PETG jar is fitted
with a PP piston and topped with
an injected cap made of K-Resin. Its
actuator dispenses 250 μl and has an
attractive contemporary design.
